Kymaro has never reshipped my order. Please re ship or refund my money to Carole Markee 6443 Verdi Dr Buena Park, Ca 90621 I has been 3 weeks. She said she would fax me or send my a letter to sign and send back never happened. Customer service stink can't get through on phone and they will not let you come to their address in Irvine.
