Viking appliances are overpriced and over rated. Going on my 4 service call for the Professional Seriew Microwave. Professional? This thing can barely keep up with a family of 5. If you buy one of their products, rest assured you'll get to know the "Authorized Viking Repair Man" pretty well. We have more in repairs than we do in the oven. Not impressed at all.
