On January 18, 2011 on or about 9:45pm, I placed an order from the drive-through that is located on Gen. De Gual in New Orleans, LA. I acknowledge that this was just before closing and I am sure that employees have been informed not to prepare any more food at this time. However, as a customer, I think it is fair to say that you are entitled to what you order and if it is not available you should not be given just anything.
