Ordered a box set of DVD's from this company online. Charged my card right away, but never received the merchandise or a valid tracking number. Made numerous attempt online and over the phone with no result. They simply assurred me the item was on its way and to try the tracking number later. Well, a week later a phoned the fraud into my credit card company. It has been 24 days since my order--no merchandise, no valid tracking number. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! read full review »
