I purchased a California King Mattress & Box spring (Pillow Top) for roughly $1200.00 plus $75.00 for delivery in March of 2009. The Mattress is 2 years old and has already indented on the side that I sleep on. Lumps & Bumps every where. I contacted Haynes after care department, I filled out all the forms, took the required pictures. I was told that Haynes couldn't help me because I did not have a metal frame with five legs. It was never offered. Company never disclosed that this is a requirement to redeem warranty. On top of that my frame is made of solid oak which has a solid oak middle beam and slats for support.
