I am a former employee of Astor house one of the many houses owned by Assisted Living Concepts, being a employee there once for a year and the second time almost 2 years, I have seen alot, this corporation does not care about the residents all they care about is how to get the money the food is awful and there are always they same thing, temperatures of foods are not taken, because there is only one med aide on the floor per shift, rooms are left filthy, urinated laundry left in rooms for days, people have been overmedicated, and neglected!!!... read full review »
