I purchased 6 model 21997 hunter ceiling fans 4 years ago. Two of my remote receivers have gone bad. I have called the hunters customer service line and spent long periods on hold or trying to leave a voice mail message only to be disconnected each time. I have e-mailed the company on their web sit and received no reply. Obviously Hunter has gone down in quality and customer care. read full review »
