We ordered this product off the television, and sorry to say didn't check their terms and conditions. I have now cancelled this product TWICE, yet still getting charged with their monthly. When Companies like this come up, they will do anything to keep these products going, and can keep charging your accounts, until you totally cancel your bank accounts, and start over.
