In Octomer of 2010 the "timer" knob broke off on the rotisserie. I contacted customer service at 1-800-486-1806 and was told I could order the part BUT the white knob was not in stock but the black one was. I said that was fine and placed the order. I recieved an email from "Customer Service [[email protected]]" on 10/12/2010 saying all items are back ordered and the part would be shipped when available. I have since called numorous times and sent many emails(which are now being rejected) all to no avail. All I want is the knob so I can use the product again! read full review »
