The service allows one to call overseas through a local number. for the past month it has not been working but i still get charged when i dial the number. i have emailed and filled in a response on the website but nobody gets back to me. i have called but stay on hold for ages and ages. why am i being charged if the service does not work, why does the service not work, and why dont the personnel reply to emails, or answer the phone. there is no other mode for us to contact the company. dont charge people at cellular rates if your service does not work. read full review »
