I order a 17' Carry Case for my Laptop on the HP Experience Store about 2 weeks ago, i paid for it the same day, i went to pick the item up today and received a bag that doesn't even look like the same bag i ordered online also it doesn't even fit my 17' laptop. If this is the way you run your business then i will not order anything from you again.
