Put Amazon out of business! I can't tell if their "support" team is incompetent or incapable. Whenyou order from Amazon you can expect: 1. Terrible customer service 2. Double billing to your account 3. Your product to arrive NOT as you ordered. 4. No chance of any avenue of recourse. 5. Take special note that their software support is especially weak.
