I ordered the trial tablets tried to cancel and the number was disconnected of course by the time I disputed the charge with the bank because I couldn't get through the number the bank had was working. The company gave me confirmation number that I would get my refund then never did. I refused the shipment at the post office and they said that the tracking number on the product would work and that I didn't need a new one.
