I have several times requested this item taken off our Discover card but it still remains after almost 2 years. First I was told they did not accept 'e' mails to cancel. Then when I tried to cancel by phone, they told me that my husband would have to do it, as his name is on the card, but then so is mine. This has been 12.95 during all this time.
