Springhouse Window and Door, Paoli, PA did a window replacement job for me recently at over $5, 000. They installed new sash on top of a rotten frame and didn't bother to let me know about the rot. I had to try to have it repaired after the installation of the new sash. It would have been so much easier to repair the frame rot while the old windows were out - before the new windows were installed. They were totally unapologetic. I am frustrated and disappointed with their poor ethics and lack of professionalism. Not quality workmanship in my opinion. read full review »
