Somehow during on online payday loan application, I did not see a box I should have unchecked. This company said I signed up for payday loan protection. I e-mailed them many times stateing I did not want their service and to refund my money. They used a number check to take $30 from my account, not an ACH withdraw. Calling and getting to talk with anyone is horrible. I finally talk with their corporate office and they said the only way I can get a refund is by them depositing the many back into my account.
