I know this is a complaints board.. but I wanted to actually do the opposite of complain.. I wanted to post about how wonderful this site is for purchasing anime dvds from! I decided to post this because when I bought from there I couldn't find ANYTHING good about them.. people complain about bootlegs too much... I bought easily the BEST high quality bootlegs that I have ever purchased! If you cannot afford the $800-$1, 000 dollar legit animes.. BUY FROM THIS SITE! I ordered the Sailor Moon Bundle from this website on January 19th, 2011 it is now February 3rd, 2011 and they just decide to e-mail and tell me that they're on backorder!! Also, when you try to check out you get an error message.. they DO write back to you.. but very slowly when it says they'll contact you back in 48 hours.. Their phone numbers are wrong and the address is of a house.. where their actual phone is disconnected..
