Very bad communication. We booked a flight with them and canceled within the 24 hour window they give you. Had to talk with a supervisor to even get that taken care of. Even after all of that, they still didn't cancel our flight. They dropped the ball and now we are battling with the airlines as well. What should have happened? Bookit.com should have called and canceled our flight with UA. Done, over. What happened?
