I tried to cancel my puppy wellnes plan when we lost out dog and was told I would have to pay the balance owed. (about $50.00) I refused to pay The account has now been sold to a collection agency and the amount has grown to $75.00. I was getting constant calls, day and night, until i told them to stop calling me as i can legally do. Recently, they started calling my wife on her cell phone and threatening her. She was not even on the account. There is no human that you can talk to that is in a position to get this resolved. I would recommend never dealing with Banfield or Petsmart again. read full review »
