I had purchased boston bruins tickets and had them mailed to me on dec. 2. I had them re-mailed to my parents house on dec. 17th. The game was on jan. 11th and did not recieve the tickets until jan 20th!! This made me ask the business to re-print the tickets which cost me a fee that i should never had to of paid. If the tickets got to my parents house in the time it should have i would not be out the extra money i am. The letter the tickets were in was mailed correctly and nothing wrong with it. This is totally the mails fault and it is not ok that the mail didnt come to me until 6 weeks later! read full review »
