I have never dealt with such poor customer service in my life!! I called LeapFrogs customer service only one hour after placing an order for an item that I found out was not compatible with my niece's older leapfrog system. So when I called to hurry and cancel I was told they could not because their warehouse is so efficient in processing orders. Really? My order wasn't processed and sent out for another two days!!
