On December 29, 2010 I placed a call to Ms. Barnes in the Business dept to have my business phone moved to my home and become a 2nd phone line for fax machine. (my business was disbanding). I was assured that this serviced would be turned on no later than noon on January 14, 2011 and the old number would not be disconnected before the move. On January 7, 2011 I called again to make sure everything was a go and spoke with Nina who also got Dory on the line.
