Well I've gotten several calls since last week stating that I owed $300 for a loan that I took out in June of 2010 (which I've never did such thing). It was a man with a heavy indian accent he told me that if I wanted to settle out of court I would have to send them $1500 through credit card. He went on to say that he had all of my information. He stated my last 4 of my social and my last 4 of my account number. I asked if I could get a date of when I took out the loan and he wasn't specific just gave me month and year.
