I am in disbelief how incredibly bad Comcast has been. A comcast representative in BestBuy approached me telling me I could get a better deal for triple play than my current comcast service. He looked up my account and even told me I was paying way too much for it. He set me up, but I had to 'cancel' my existing service before I could switch to the bundle.
