On January 20th 2011 I received a notification from a credit checking agency I pay to stay up on my credit issues with I was informed on a report that I had just lost 93 points on my credit score for being behind on my mortgage payment. I have been paying this mortgage for over 8 years to date never being in default or in close proximity to being foreclosed on. I never received a foreclosure notice and have only one time fallen a few days behind on a second payment.
