On December 13th I ordred on Macy.com a $75.00 gift card for my niece as an extra Christmas gift. The order was confirmed and charged to my credit card. I called my niece and asked if she received anything and she said no. I called customer service on December 22nd and they checked and after being on hold for 45 minutes they said the card had been used on December 20th in there Hearld Square Store, in New York.
