I tried for 2 weeks to reach this company. Left numerous messages - they say "someone will return your call shortly". They never do. They never answer the calls except with the recorded request to leave a message. I finall got a real live person this morning - told them I thought maybe they were out of business since no one ever answers the phone or calls people back and the person on their end hung up on me. This company deserves to be out of business. If you care about customer service - do not buy anything fromt this company. There are plenty other retailers out there that carry equivalent product. read full review »
