On 01/19/2011 Mercury County Mutual Insurance policy holder Muhammad Quddusa was speeding west bound down Canoe Rd in Frisco, Texas. He struck a legally parked car which was parked in front of 12101 Canoe Rd., the force of the impact shoved the parked car over my brick and contrete mailbox and into my yard almost to the corner of the yard. This is over 125 feet. Besides destroying my mailbox, yard, sidewalk and landscaping it also scattered glasss, metal fragments and oil, gas and other vehicle debri in my yard.
