I have only been with ATT for less than 4 months and know that I will NEVER use their services ever again. I would have already dropped them but I have to stay for a year. To start with when we got out internet connected, within one week it stopped working. They told me it was a bad modum so they would send me a new one. After another 2 weeks of trying to figure it out, they send a guy over from the company to help.
