I have been a customer of RushCard for almost 3 years. The reason for my complaint is that I've had numerous issues with the company not protecting me again unauthorized transactions that have occurred on my account. Each instance that I've had unauthorized transactions, I have had to do the "leg" work in getting the issues finally resolved.
