Company uses deceptive advertising to fraudulently entice customers. When we pointed it out to them, they became very defensive and rude. We had to submit a claim to our credit card company to get our money back for several services that they were to have provided and did not. We had to provide taped recordings of all of our calls with the company to prove the fraud.
