I am a small business customer in Philadelphia, PA. I have been in business and banking with you for a year now. I opened my account in January 2010. I have taken advantage of a lot your services including 2 checking accounts and merchant services. Last year I have had a lot of problems with over-draft fees. At the time you did not offer overdraft protection between checking accounts. I could not afford a savings account at the time and I have paid about $1000 in fees to you last year.
