On 10/4/10 the sweater was ordered from the company via eBay. The sweater size 2X was sent to me but their 2X didn't fit so it was returned to them per their instructions and a size 3X was requested. On 11/18/10 the replacement sweater was supposed to be shipped out. Since then I have heard nothing from them and have been unable to contact them via eBay or by snail mail. Their phone number can not be found in the Yellow Pages. All I want is my money refunded ($40.95 plus $6.50 restocking fee) or the sweater shipped to me. read full review »
