I had previously worked with a representative, who would come around every year. Due to the fact that I was not getting results, I reduced my ad to just a plain listing. Apparently, since I was no longer a large account, I didn't receive a visit from a representative the following year. Instead, they relied upon the automatic renewal provision of the contract. However, said provision states that they have to send you written notice prior to renewing. I never received said notice. I requested a copy and they have failed to provide it... read full review »
