I ordered a trial sample that was supposed to pay only $4.95 shipping charge - I was billed $78.90 2 weeks later and when I called to complain and cancel they would not refund my money - on the email confirmation i got from them at the beginning it stated "to return the product call" - they told me that was a mistake - you could not return the product.
