John Andrade is creating Theft by Fraud, operating without a Contractor's License, Lic # 123955 is non existent, A&A General Contracting Co, does not exist, never existed. He has given me an invoice outlining services to be delivered 1/19/2011 and to be completed 1/22/2011 which I paid $780 Cash and nothing occur. I have found a conviction, case number M-0741-3542099, State of Arizona vs Andrade, arrest warrant issued 04/10/2007, still he is outstanding. John Andrade, claimed to be President of an Excavation company with various typs of heavy equipment but when searched for his equipment yard, located at Ironwood and Guadalupe and Jasper, you find nothing, no equipment and no A&A General Contracting Co, John wrote me a invoice for getting a Caterpillar D5 Bull Dozer from Cuesta Excavating, San Tan Valley, Az, which does not exist.
