This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life! I have spent numerous hours on the phone waiting for someone to answer, then getting disconnected, then spending even more wait time when transferred to someone else! All I'm trying to do is pay my bill through auto debit, and for 4 months they have not been able to do this! The website won't let me register, and even the pay by phone won't take my account number.
