I had a little extra money and was going to upgrade my Flickr photosharing account to a Pro account but had an incredibly difficult time attempting to do this. When I clicked on Upgrade I was referred to the Yahoo site, which then gave me a very hard time where I could not get in and ended up changing my password and wasting a lot of time. I contacted Help and was told to do something with my computer's cookies which I did not want to mess with.
