I have never heard about this company and never remember I had signed up anything with them. I have been charged $19.95 for the last three months. They claim that I signed up for their services through Travelocity. I did buy the flight ticket through Travelocity, but I didn't sign up for anything. When I looked them up on the website, there are so many complains about them with the similar stories as mine. read full review »
