We had a washer & dryer damaged in our move. Our moving company hired this company to repair the damages to BOTH machines. The first call, they came right out to evaluate the damage. They arrived promptly at 8 am, when they promised only 8 to 12 on the schedule. The technician said he did not believe that the dryer needed any attention but he did NOT look at the bottom of the unit, where the damage was reported. He ordered the parts necessary for the replacement of the basin of our washer AND he told us he would be back in exactly a week... read full review »
