I buy the General System Plan Annually insurance from this company in July 2010. This plan cover my A/C unit. in January 2, the unit was out of work. We called the company and filed a claim. They never reply me even if I called them twice a day. Finally, about 10 days later (we had to live in very cold days), they just deny my claim. The reason is I did not keep to maintain the A/C, did not replace some parts even if they work well. What a joke! The A/C works well when I buy the insurance from SHW.
