On December 1, 2010, a used automatic transmission for a 2003 Dodge 1500 PU truck was ordered from this company. The transmission was not delivered in the time frame as promised. Several phone calls were made with concerns of eventual delivery. After excuses and promises of a delivery date, they finally said that it was not possible to ship the product and that our money would be refunded.
