I was told that Lia Sophia has a lifetime guarantee return/exchange police. The thing they don't tell you is that it COST YOU $5.00 per item for them to handle it when you send it back- even when the item is tarnished ( not our fault). PLUS YOU pay to ship it back to them. It is a total scam- I have learned that I will never do business with them and that I will do my best to educate others on how this works and pursuade them not to order from this company either.
