We switched from Comcast Internet to AT&T DSL Internet to save money and are seriously regretting it now. After starting the new service last week, we found that it was too slow to use with our XBox and PS3 or Netflix, and called to upgrade to the "Elite" DSL service. The salesperson promised the upgrade would be seamless with no downtime. This is crucial, as I telecommute and rely on the Internet to be available all day.
