My wife and I share the same birthday and we have been going to chase suites for sometime. We made reservations for Friday the 13th 2009 February. When we arrived around 9pm checked into room. We are there for the spa in the room. I waited for 20 minutes to heat the water, finally my wife called down and was explained ther is no hot water in the building.
