I have been a mortgage customer of Citimortgage for over 5 years. They automatically withhdrawal my payment, plus additional principal from my bank account every month. I have never been a day late in my life. They called me several months ago and asked if I wanted to adjust my mortgage rate. I was a little leary, but they had all of my personal information and assured me this was all up front. They told me the cost, but assured me I would not be charged until everyhting was complete.
