My T629 cell phone broke after 1 month of use. I called samsung services (outsourced somewhere in India), return the phone for repair, and waited almost 1 month for the phone to be returned. After opening the package, the returned phone was reassembled improperly ( a large gap remained between the slider and the keypad). Had to call customer services somewhere in India, and was told to return the phone AGAIN for repair. No sympathy, no expedited service, no compensation. The return will cost me another month of waiting. Guess what, it will cost them my unconditional boycott of any and all samsung product. Korean electronic JUNK. read full review »
