I have called Sears for repair of a washing machine many times over the years; every time I do I spend upwards of 2 hours on the phone trying to make that appointment. Their call center transfers me to dead lines, closed departments, have hung up on me, ignored me when they answer and disconnected the call. If and when I do get to make my appointment, they don't show up to do the repair or hours late (not exagerating). All the while, lying to me when I inquire as to when the service repair man will show up. This has happened too many... read full review »
