I bought a Dell 1720 laser toner cartridge that was defective when I installed it into printer .The printer would not except it. I had to have a cartridge by the next day so I could not wait several days for them to ship me another one that may also not work . They refunded me the cost of the toner but not the $9.46 shipping charge. Buyer beware ! read full review »
