We hired this company to clean our furniture. When they arrived first thing they did was try to upsell, we said no just clean the furniture. Supposedly it would only take an hour to dry, over nine hours later parts of it were still very wet. Now that it is dry there are spots everywhere, the front skirt on the sofa is ripped and the fabric smells horrible. They kept trying to upsell a deodorizer for another $120, I don't think a cleaner was even used.
